The first time I re-locked the plastic padlock it basically exploded. I was able to find all the pieces, just not sure where they all go. UPDATE: Gimars Customer Service was great and reached out to me about the padlock after leaving this review. They did everything to make the matter right and I have upgraded to 5 stars for great customer service.
